By accessing, browsing, or using PaintCalcPro in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

PaintCalcPro grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the paint calculator for both personal and commercial purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on any portion of the service — including its underlying calculation algorithms, source code, website design, graphical elements, text content, or branding assets. You may not use any automated means — including bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, or similar data extraction tools — to access, harvest, or index any content from PaintCalcPro without our express prior written consent.

While we invest significant effort in ensuring calculation accuracy, PaintCalcPro provides estimates based on generalized mathematical models. These models incorporate standard assumptions about paint coverage rates per gallon, room geometry, architectural opening dimensions, and surface absorption characteristics. Actual paint requirements will inevitably vary based on numerous real-world factors including surface texture and porosity, paint quality and viscosity, application method and technique, color contrast between existing and new coatings, ambient temperature and humidity during application, and the specific characteristics of your walls and ceilings. PaintCalcPro is an estimation tool, not a replacement for professional on-site measurement and judgment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PaintCalcPro, its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and includes — but is not limited to — paint purchase discrepancies, material waste, project delays, labor costs, property damage, lost profits, or any other financial or non-financial losses. You assume sole and complete responsibility for all decisions made based on calculator outputs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, temporarily disable, or permanently discontinue any aspect of PaintCalcPro at any time, with or without prior notice. We also reserve the right to periodically update, amend, or replace these Terms of Service. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

All intellectual property rights in and to PaintCalcPro — including but not limited to the calculator algorithm, website design, user interface, graphics, text content, logos, and trademarks — are owned by PaintCalcPro and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the United States and international treaties. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
